APhA-ASP Officer Resources:

APhA-ASP Executive Officers and Committee Chairs should refer to the links below for information regarding University Center, Sattelite, and PGH Breezeway Reservation information.

Please cross-check ALL event dates with the Pharmacy Council calendar as well as the University Calendar on the Reservations website prior to submitting a Reservation Request. All Reservation Requests must be filled out completely, printed, and a paper copy must be given to the President, President-Elect, or Treasurer as early as possible in order to allow the designated officers adequate time to reserve the area.

Reservation Request Form: Please leave the “1st Contact” area blank, and enter your information in the “2nd Contact” area. Additionally, leave the Signature line blank. Fill out all other information prior to submitting to the President, President-Elect, or Treasurer. Each event date will require a new reservation form.
